In this role of FS1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that support early development and curiosity. Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning through play. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to support holistic development. Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through supportive interactions. Uphold high standards of safeguarding, behaviour management, and early years practice. What You’ll Bring as an FS1 Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), EYTS, or an equivalent early years teaching qualification. Previous experience working within an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting. A warm, patient approach and a passion for supporting young children’s first steps in education. Strong communication and organisational skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
