About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services
A safe home is the foundation for building a better life. We support those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people.

About the Job

* Provide a secure, warm, and safe environment for residents at Halton and Brennan Lodge.
* Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and crises.
* Support residents with complex problems to overcome challenges and develop life skills for independent living.
* Ensure a safe and secure environment to help residents stabilize their lives and achieve their goals, especially those with chaotic lifestyles, educational, or health issues.
You will assist residents in achieving positive outcomes in areas such as independent living skills, community engagement, social inclusion, meaningful occupation, employment pathways, social skills, self-management, quality of life, aspirations, health and wellbeing, financial management, reduction of offending behaviors, substance misuse management, and tenancy sustainability.
