Role and responsibilities
As an Avalon Support Worker you will have a role that offers:

Requirements
* Availability to work a range of different shift patterns which include weekends
* Must be a car driver due to the support locations
About the role
You don’t need previous experience or qualifications; just to care about people and to want to make a difference. You will build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support. You won’t have to do short visits, as our sessions are always a minimum of 1 hour, with many being longer than this to ensure both you and our customers are fulfilled every day.
