Job Description What you’ll do As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will manage high volume, high risk, employee relations cases by providing expert advice and coaching to people managers and stakeholders across the organisation, driving business objectives and operational outcomes. Responsibilities include: Managing complex and high-risk cases including: Disciplinary and grievance procedures Sickness absence and capability issues Performance management and appeals Whistleblowing and early conciliation Settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims Conducting risk assessments on ER-related issues, providing clear and viable options for business consideration Analysing ER data to identify trends and insights, using tools like Excel to manipulate data and inform business decisions Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal customers, acting as a business partner and ensuring client satisfaction
