This is an exciting opportunity to specialise within Property Disputes within a highly reputable Legal 500 practice in Essex. You will work closely with a Senior Solicitor on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord & tenant matters, adverse possession, boundary issues, Party Wall disputes and more. It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your development is a priority. Responsibilities
1. Handling complex landlord & tenant disputes
2. Representing clients with confidence and clarity
3. Managing client relationships and legal documents
4. Building your network and elevating the firm's reputation
Requirements
5. An experienced Litigator with 2+ years PQE
6. Experience in property litigation or general disputes
7. Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
8. Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
