PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and recruiting high-quality prospective franchisees, managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to agreement, and delivering world-class training to new franchise owners. Training covers sales, operations, business management and recruitment, ensuring each franchisee is fully equipped for long-term success. A strong background in sales and training is essential, along with the ability to build trust, demonstrate credibility, and listen effectively. This role ensures prospects have all the information needed to make an informed decision about joining the Bright & Beautiful or Greensleeves networks. The role requires confidence in explaining the franchise opportunity, business model, financial forecasts, and detailed business plans, so strong numeracy and commercial acumen are important. As the primary point of contact for new franchisees, the Franchise Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving high performance and supporting the continued success of the franchise network. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sell new franchise territories and franchise resales across the UK. Assess suitability of prospective franchisees for the Bright & Beautiful or Greensleeves networks. Deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate the franchise opportunity. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through to completion of training. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Franchise Agreement and legal processes, guiding prospects accordingly. Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of business planning, cashflow forecasting, and financial modelling. Deliver credible and enthusiastic training to all new franchisees. Respond to prospect enquiries via phone, email, webinars, and face‑to‑face meetings. Achieve defined sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with Franchise Agreement requirements. Contribute to Sales and Brand meetings to support continual improvement. Build strong working relationships across all teams and departments. Actively promote and uphold our Code of Values.
