Overview
Mechanical Design Engineer role in aerospace projects. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with major aircraft manufacturers to deliver high-quality, safety-critical solutions.

Responsibilities
* Lead the mechanical design of components, assemblies, and systems throughout the full product lifecycle.
* Produce CAD models, detailed technical drawings, and documentation to support production and certification.
* Perform engineering analysis (stress, thermal, FEA, tolerance).
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including aircraft OEMs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace standards (FAA, EASA, AS9100).
* Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of designs.
* Apply DFM principles to create efficient and production-ready solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
* 7+ years of mechanical design experience, ideally within aerospace or a regulated industry.
* Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks (or similar).
* Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and design for manufacturing.
* A proactive, hands-on problem solver with great attention to detail.
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
