Responsibilities:
* Ensure contractors and consultants comply with project scope, asset standards, legislation, and CDM regulations.
* Support capital delivery under the intelligent client model, providing technical assurance and design sign-off.
* Manage multiple projects, mitigating risks to reduce programme and delivery costs.
* Oversee delivery, commissioning, and asset handover phases.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified Civil Engineer, Chartered or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience, with 3+ years in water industry projects.
* Proven leadership and technical oversight experience.
* Strong knowledge of wastewater pipeline infrastructure preferred.
Additional Details:
* Rate: Up to £60 per hour.
* Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and able to meet site access requirements.
