Responsible for assisting the Depot Admin Manger to provide an effective administration service for the Engineering teams.
Key Success Criteria
* Monitor annual leave and provide managers with regular reports on outstanding leave.
* Maintain the confidentiality and organisation of personnel files.
* Manage the medical records database and coordinate medical examinations with the People team.
