Role Overview
You put the customer at the center of everything you do, serving as the face of our business by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You are genuinely attentive to customer needs and eager to learn about our products to provide the best assistance.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, wishing them a fond farewell to ensure a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service by using your product knowledge to help customers find items that suit them, across in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
5. Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop and back of house areas.
6. Stay informed about company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
8. Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR compliance.

Experience
