The Role
This is a standout opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with around 5+ years’ PQE to join a forward-thinking and growing team with excellent leadership and support.
You will work closely with the firm’s CEO and a senior construction associate, gaining exposure to high-level strategy and client development. The role includes active involvement in business development initiatives and regular direct client contact.
While the caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, the focus will be on non-contentious work. You will act for a broad spectrum of clients, including prominent HNW individuals and high-profile retail and lifestyle brands.
Ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in non-contentious construction matters within the England & Wales jurisdiction, alongside strong organisational and project management skills.
Requirements:
* England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.
* Significant experience in non-contentious construction work.
* Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and high-value clients.
* Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
