About the role
This skilled position requires management of the Entier team on the unit to ensure that catering and full housekeeping services are delivered to a high standard at all times. This includes laundry, accommodation, messroom, and janitorial services, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Applicants should have:
* Catering Qualification and/or Time Served Experience
* Food Hygiene certification – preferably held, but not essential
* STCW certification
Details of relevant certification must be included with the application, including expiry dates. Only candidates with relevant and up-to-date certification will be considered.
Applicants should demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviors, and display an approachable, friendly, and helpful manner to colleagues and customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering/hospitality.

Salary: $55,000.00 per year
