* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages
* Handle complex matters with particular expertise in new build purchases
* Provide clear, accurate and timely advice to clients, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process
* Supervise junior team members and provide guidance where required
* Maintain working relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues across the business
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing
* Background in new build transactions is essential
* Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred
* Organised with attention to detail and time management
* Self-motivated, proactive and committed to delivering client service
