What You’ll Get Up To
* Natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team
* Responsible for developing teams and implementing initiatives to provide the highest level of operational performance, guest experience and quality
* Highly visible within the business, innovative in your approach and ready to push boundaries
* Demonstrate a deep-rooted understanding of our business. Use this knowledge to constantly strive for ways to improve our brand
* Financially responsible, ensuring not only business growth but financial growth of the site
* Comfortable taking full autonomy of the site and reporting to the directors
* Significant experience with high end restaurants with an in-depth knowledge of the local dining scene
* Openings and project management experience of an operation on a similar scale is essential
