Changify
We are Changify — a growing strategy and change consulting firm that partners with mission-driven organisations to deliver practical, people-centred transformation. We provide courageous, considered and forward-thinking support to leaders and teams driving positive change.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Change Lead (Account To Report / Source To Pay) to support product workstreams as they plan and deploy a new global ERP platform across regions. You’ll lead change delivery for your process areas—assessing impacts by audience, shaping the release-aligned change plan, and coordinating with site leaders so people are ready to adopt new ways of working at go-live. Expect close collaboration with Product Managers/Owners, Quality, HR/Security, Learning and regional/site leadership.
What you’ll do
* Own ATR/STP change delivery: Turn release scope into clear, role-based implications and a pragmatic change plan covering comms, training alignment and readiness activities.
* Impact assessment & storytelling: Translate complex process/system changes into concise impact narratives that leaders and frontline teams can act on.
* Stakeholder engagement: Partner with product, site and functional leaders to sequence messages, build advocacy and remove blockers.
* Readiness orchestration: Run playbacks with leaders, surface gaps, and drive actions so teams are prepared before cutover.
* Training alignment: Work hand-in-glove with Learning to sequence delivery, coordinate trainers and logistics, and ensure materials land for ATR/STP audiences.
* Localisation: Tailor engagement and artefacts for local contexts, ensuring language, timing and examples resonate at UK and regional site levels.
* Progress visibility: Maintain crisp reporting on engagement, impacts and readiness, escalating risks and decisions early.
What you’ll bring
* Proven success leading change for large-scale technology programs (ERP preferred) within complex, multi-site environments.
* Strength in stakeholder management and executive engagement; able to influence across functions and geographies.
* Sharp analysis and communication skills—turning data and SMEs’ input into clear plans and artefacts.
* Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA process areas (especially ATR and STP) and how operational changes land for end users.
* Experience coordinating training at scale with Learning/Quality partners; comfort working within regulated contexts.
* Flexibility to collaborate across time zones and work onsite in Maidenhead, UK as needed.
* Bonus points: Biotech/pharma background; formal change credentials; exposure to UK/EU regulatory environments.
Why this role?
* Process ownership: Be the change heartbeat for ATR/STP—from impact assessment through to adoption.
* End-to-end influence: Shape plans, align leaders, and see the change through cutover and beyond.
* Collaborative squad: Work closely with product, learning, quality and regional leads to make change stick.
Compensation
* Available as a sub-contracting engagement through 29 May 2026.
* Day rate negotiable within market range.
