Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our Family Team, supporting fee earners on a range of family and children law matters.
Working closely with experienced solicitors, including the Head of Family, you will play an important role in supporting the team across a varied and interesting caseload.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our Family Team, supporting fee earners on a range of family and children law matters.
Working closely with experienced solicitors, including the Head of Family, you will play an important role in supporting the team across a varied and interesting caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting solicitors with a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies and private children matters
* Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, court documents and witness statements
* Preparing bundles and assisting with court preparation
* Managing client files and ensuring accurate time recording
* Communicating with clients, counsel and third parties
* Undertaking legal research and administrative support for fee earners
* Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of client care
About You
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and passionate about family law.
Essential
* Experience within family law or children law matters, working in a legal environment (paralegal or legal assistant role preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A genuine commitment to client care
Desirable
* Law degree, LPC, SQE or CILEX studies (or working towards)
