Are you ready to take the next step in your specialist nursing career? NHS Fife is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic and forward‑thinking Lung Cancer Nursing Team.
Responsibilities
As an Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a central role in our predominantly nurse‑led service, providing expert clinical assessment, treatment support, and ongoing care from the point of suspected cancer through the entire diagnostic and treatment journey. Working closely with the wider Lung cancer team, you will contribute to service development, lead outpatient activity, and provide specialist input across both Respiratory and Oncology settings. You will also help ensure seamless community support through structured telephone follow‑up and nurse‑led outpatient clinics.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is required prior to appointment.
• You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, e.g. right‑to‑work visa, EU settled or pre‑settled status. Additional details may be found on the GOV.UK website.
