Key Responsibilities of the Test Technician
As aTest Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of electromechanical components by:
* Conducting visual inspections of electronic devices.
* Performing functional testing at the component level.
* Production testing on electro mechanical assembly products
* Carrying out manual tests using power analysers, Megger, bonding meters and general multimeters
* To carry out all general assembly on the products
* Perform tests of highly complex assemblies
* Co-ordinate with assembly and despatch to ensure systems are delivered on time
* Supporting continuous improvement projects
Desirable Knowledge & Skills of the Test Technician
Minimum BTEC or HND/HNC in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline - Diagnose faults to a component level
