Job Description
What you will be doing:
* Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
* Supervise and delegate duties to team members effectively
* Ensure brand standards are maintained across all food and beverage outlets
* Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
* Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards
* Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times
* Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items
* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal promotions
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
* Participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluations
* Assist in inventory management and stock control
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
* Support the organisation of special events and functions
* Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in a similar hospitality role
Interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
Fluent in English
Right to work in the UK
