Senior Project Manager - Fire & Security Systems

Trinity are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery team working across London and the South East. In the role, you will be managing installation projects for Fire, Security and Life Safety systems.
Working for a national organisation, directly keeping lives and business’ safe and secure, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-moving, detail-critical work where every decision has impact.
The role of Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned projects across the Midlands region. Your responsibilities will include everything from site surveys, estimating, and planning, through to delivery, documentation, and close‑out — all in line with Trinity’s quality standards and customer commitments.
The key tasks include the following:
* Lead the full project lifecycle for Fire and Security installations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Oversee design, estimating, commercial planning, forecasting, and final invoicing.
* Coordinate commissioning and engineering resources across multiple sites.
* Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
