Senior People Manager - 12M FTC
London
Hybrid - 2 days a week in office
Middlemore has been retained by a boutique, purpose-led Investment Management firm seeking a Senior People Manager for a 12-month FTC. Supporting the CPO, this role will manage the people agenda, working closely with senior investment professionals on daily queries and leading projects, including implementing a new incentive scheme.
This is a hands-on generalist role managing the full HR lifecycle, strategic planning, and fostering an inclusive, engaging, high-performance culture. The role also involves advising on Employee Relations and Performance issues, providing professional HR insights and sound judgment.
This position is ideal for a senior HR professional who prefers working in an SME environment with impactful responsibilities. The CPO is experienced, humble, energetic, and humorous, with a background in both global corporates and SMEs, offering significant learning opportunities.
Applicants from the financial services sector, especially with experience in PE or Investment Management, are preferred.
