The Opportunity
Are you a hands-on Engineer with a knack for problem solving? This is your chance to join a high-performing engineering team at a prestigious banking site in Canary Wharf. You’ll play a key role in keeping business-critical systems running smoothly in one of London’s most iconic locations.
What You’ll Be Doing

Keeping the building’s electrical and mechanical systems in top shape through planned and reactive maintenance.
*
Responding quickly to faults and breakdowns to keep critical operations online.
*
Working with a wide range of plant, including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and BMS systems.
*
Carrying out shift handovers and keeping the CAFM system up to date.
*
Supporting compliance, safety, and contractor supervision on site.
*
Being part of a collaborative shift team that keeps the site running 24/7.
What We’re Looking For
*
A recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent).
*
Experience in a critical environment (banking, data centre, hospital, or similar).
*
Strong technical knowledge of building services systems.
*
A team player with the confidence to work independently when needed.
*
Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
*
HV AP experience is a bonus, but not essential.
