Qualifications and Skills
* Recent and relevant sales experience.
* Proven track record of sales growth.
* Ability to calculate the mechanics of an Asset Finance deal.
* Good understanding of SME/Business finance.
* Understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
* Strong personal organisation, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and good telephone manner.
* Awareness of GDPR regulations.
* Drive for continual personal improvement, honesty and integrity.
