We are working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Wiltshire that is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.#
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to implement EHCPs and individual learning plans
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
* Strong understanding of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes
* Excellent communication, patience, and resilience
* Understanding of positive behaviour support startegies
* Full Time, Part Time and Flexible applicants will be considered
