The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic (Depending on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Friday (True work-life balance)
* Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half

What You Will Be Doing
* Technical Variety: Routine servicing and complex mechanical repairs across a massive range of vehicles—no two days are the same.
* Expert Diagnostics: Using the latest diagnostic tools and your own expertise to solve complex faults that others can't.
* Core Craftsmanship: Handling everything from engine rebuilds and timing belts to suspension and vehicle health checks.
* Precision Work: This is not a "churn them out" garage. We value quality craftsmanship and offer 15-minute breaks because we know an expert tech needs time to do the job right.
Are You The One?
* You are a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Level 3 or equivalent with significant workshop experience).
* You have a "diagnostic brain" and take massive pride in your ability to solve complex problems.
* You are based in or near Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, or Lindfield.
* You are reliable, hands-on, and looking for a stable, long-term career.
