Our client is a global manufacturing and retail organisation operating across many international markets, with large‑scale operations spanning product development, manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale, retail stores, and eCommerce.
As part of a long‑term digital transformation strategy, the business is modernising its global ERP landscape, replacing legacy platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The programme supports the company’s commitments to scalability, cost transparency, sustainability, and operational excellence across all regions.
Role Overview
The D365 F&O Consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising Dynamics 365 F&O across the organisation’s global supply chain landscape.
You will operate within large, cross‑functional delivery teams, working closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and system integrators to deliver standardised, enterprise‑scale solutions that remain compliant with local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to global Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and regional rollouts
* Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional solution designs
* Configure and support core F&O modules including:
* Supply Chain / Operations: Inventory, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Trade & Logistics
* Support global template development and localisation for regional deployments
* Ensure adherence to global governance, design standards, and best practices
* Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
* Participate in UAT, defect resolution, training, and documentation
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions
* Provide post‑go‑live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* Track record of working on large‑scale or global ERP programmes
* Solid functional understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes
* Experience operating in multi‑entity, multi‑currency, intercompany environments
* Ability to work within structured global templates and governance models
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in complex, matrixed, international organisations
