Outpatient Administration, Dr Gray's Hospital
Receptionist / Outpatient Administrator – Band 2, Bank hours. An exciting opportunity to join the Outpatient Administration team at Dr Gray's Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Work on own initiative as well as be a team player
* Be self-motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands
* Deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner, both over the phone and in person
* Be well organized and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills
* Support a busy clinic reception or booking area
Qualifications / Skills
* Previous experience in reception or outpatient administration is desirable
* Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills
* Ability to work between Mon – Fri 08:00–17:00, with occasional evenings and weekends as required
Additional Information
The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as be a team player, be self-motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of a busy clinic reception or booking area.
