Compliance Administrator (Construction) – Skelmersdale
Salary: £27,000 (£14 per hour)
Compliance Administrator for a leading construction company initially for a 2-month period but will go permanent for the right candidate.

Role Overview
Ensure full compliance on work carried out by gathering and checking paperwork
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate up to date project documentation, compliance records and progress reports for retrofit work on social housing schemes
* Liaise with internal departments and site-based teams to gather documents and produce retrofit documentation.
* Engage with the supply chain such as subcontractors to ensure sharing and gathering of documentation
* Record and keep up to date records of all documents' ensuring 100% compliance

What We're Looking For
* 2 years admin / compliance experience ideally in a construction or finance industry
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
* Good attention to detail with a confident manner to call / email and chase documentation
