Responsibilities
Lead and manage a branch of an independent builders merchant focused on the civils and drainage sector. Oversee daily operations, inventory control, and maintain a high‑performing sales team to grow new and existing customer pipeline. Manage staff, motivate sales activities, negotiate terms, and ensure branch profitability.
