Here at Serco, we are looking for a Training and Development Administrator to join our team. The Training & Development Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and accurate tracking of employee training and development activities across Justice & Immigration.
This role involves managing data systems, supporting training logistics, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Justice and Immigration Training and Development Team, to ensure accurate tracking of employee development and mandatory training.
2. Manage, track, and analyse training data including training needs analysis, attendance records, evaluation metrics, and reporting dashboards.
3. Maintain accurate records in learning management systems (LMS) or other training databases such as the data tracker.
4. Support the analysis and reporting of training metrics, KPIs, and compliance statistics.
5. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and data summaries for key stakeholders.
6. Act as a point of contact for training-related queries from staff and external providers.
7. Support the coordination of training events, workshops, and initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with data privacy and reporting standards, handling information in line with GDPR regulations, with confidentiality and integrity.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for process efficiency.
This role is designed to support service development across integrated services. Depending on workload, the role may also assist other departments with data management and collation.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or data support role, ideally within HR, training, or learning & development.
* Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with LMS or similar systems is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
