A well-known public sector organisation is recruiting for an HR administrator this is a project focused role reviewing and organising HR records to ensurepliance with GDPR and internal retention policies. You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Your new role
As HR Administrator, you’ll take ownership of aprehensive HR filing and document management project. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Organising and standardising HR files in line with GDPR and retention schedules.
2. Reviewing, scanning, and securely disposing of paper records.
3. Uploading scanned documents accurately to the HR Information Management System (HRIS).
4. Maintaining an organised filing system and handling ad-hoc record requests.
What you'll need to succeed
5. At least 1 year of administrative experience in HR or a similar environment.
6. Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
7. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
