Midlands Care is seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and elevate the visibility of our care homes across the Midlands. This is a pivotal role where you will shape our brand presence, drive enquiries that convert into admissions, and champion meaningful community engagement.
As stated in the job description, you will “play a pivotal role in promoting our care homes and ensuring efficient office operations across Marketing, Content Creation… Resident Activities… and Community Engagement”.
You will oversee marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, support resident‑focused activities, and collaborate with teams across the organisation to continuously improve the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enquiries and admissions.
* Lead creative campaigns across the group.
* Manage and support a Content Creator and Activities Lead, ensuring engaging, person‑centred content and activities.
* Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) ensuring alignment with policy and brand voice.
* Maintain accurate listings and data on Google and carehome.co.uk.
* Enhance online review scores and respond professionally to reviews.
* Liaise with website developers to ensure content is updated, relevant, and visually appealing.
* Design and coordinate marketing materials, working with external designers where needed.
Community & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Admissions, Estates, Care Home Managers, and Activity Coordinators to enhance the customer journey and gather stories, testimonials, and content.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop and maintain a marketing dashboard to track campaign performance.
Provide monthly reports to senior management with insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
