Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations across rotating shifts in a cold/frozen storage environment. Lead, manage, and motivate warehouse operatives to meet productivity and safety targets. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and stock control. Liaise with transport teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure timely dispatches. Conduct shift handovers, maintain accurate records, and report any operational issues. Train and support new team members and ensure consistent operational standards.
