Note: Automotive experience is not required but would be advantageous. A solid background in Customer Service and excellent telephone skills are essential.
Job Details
Position: Motor Vehicle Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 plus bonus (OTE approximately £31,500)
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to advise on work needed on vehicles
2. Manage vehicle call-up work
3. Provide estimates for repairs and work to be undertaken
4. Sell additional products based on customer needs
5. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
6. Create job cards using the in-house computer system
7. Update customer and vehicle records
8. Document warranty work following manufacturer policies
9. Prepare and complete invoices
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent telephone manner
* Personable and professional attitude
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade
* Full driving license
