As a Service Advisor, you will be the main contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing or repairs, ensuring they receive excellent service and clear communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for service customers
Manage service bookings, courtesy car arrangements, and customer communications
Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Promote additional services, maintenance plans, and warranties where appropriate
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach
Excellent communication skills and confidence in a busy environment
Full UK driving licence
