Overview
City Site Solutions are looking for a site QS to oversee a couple of projects at any one time. Sites will be predominantly on the Oxfordshire and Glouestershire borders.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a couple of projects at any one time for a Groundworks and Civils contractor.
* Work on projects ranging from housing developments with new roads, driveways and drainage to high-end properties including tennis and paddle courts, swimming pools, etc.
* Interact with end user clients and other contractors on site.
* Provide references and demonstrate prior groundworks experience as required.
Employment details
This is a temporary to permanent position but this can be flexible with no timeframe or pressure to go direct straight away. The role can be flexible with either a hands-on Working Foreman/Site Management role or a site-based QS role.
Rates
* Working Foreman/Site Manager £250 - £300
* Site QS £350 - £400
