Duties:
- Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
- Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants are using correct form
- Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor participants' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction with a minimum of a level 3 certificate in personal training is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with participants of all fitness levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to pass a background check
