Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on children’s and/or adult social care matters
- Manage a caseload including care proceedings, safeguarding, and judicial reviews
- Represent the organisation in court, tribunals, and hearings
- Advise officers and elected members on relevant legislation and risk
- Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice
