About Avant Arte

Avant Arte is a curated platform connecting the world's leading artists and public arts institutions with a new generation of enthusiasts, collectors and patrons. We collaborate with the most exciting contemporary artists such as Ai Weiwei, Mickalene Thomas, Maurizio Cattelan and Jenny Holzer to create limited editions of the highest quality, from prints and sculptures to digital works.

Our global community of over 4 million collectors and art enthusiasts reflects the growing energy and curiosity of a new generation transforming how art is discovered and supported. Together with leading museums and institutions, we develop fundraising collaborations that strengthen public access to art and engage the new generation of patrons who will shape its future. Make‑Ready, our North London print studio, is the largest fine art silkscreen printmaker in the world.

Our mission is to make discovering and collecting art more accessible, connecting artists, institutions and audiences in meaningful ways that expand art’s reach and impact.

Our culture

We’re a small team with really big ambitions, both for what we want to achieve and also the environment we’re building. We want to create a company that remains thoughtful as we scale and tries to be genuinely progressive in how we operate. We want people to really own what they do and be given the autonomy and freedom to make mistakes, learn, and create something meaningful.

We all work incredibly hard because we really care about what Avant Arte is here to do – we’re looking for exceptional people who are proactive, hungry to learn, and want to put their pride in our collective achievements.

We know that creating an inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity is critical if we want to build something with impact and meaning. We believe that having diversity in age, background, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective will make us an infinitely better company. We were shortlisted for Women in Tech’s Best Employer - Small Company and Best Benefits, and Otta’s top 100 startups to work at.

What we need

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Content Manager to join our Creative Operations team. You’ll play a central role in the creation, organisation and delivery of content across the business, ensuring it is produced efficiently, managed effectively and delivered to the right channels at the right time.

This is a hands‑on role focused on producing content across multiple formats and channels, managing content files and building scalable systems that support efficient content production. You’ll work across tools like Figma and Photoshop to create and adapt assets, while ensuring everything is correctly stored, organised and delivered to the right teams on time.

You’ll collaborate closely with creatives and marketing teams to support the rollout of content that engages our global community and collector base, balancing priorities across multiple projects and deadlines.

Alongside content delivery, you’ll take ownership of improving how the team works by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimise processes and increase output without compromising quality. You’ll also produce and manage content for Make‑Ready Editions, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for

* Creating and adapting social media assets across a range of platforms
* Managing content files, uploads and organisation across internal systems
* Owning content asset management, ensuring files are correctly stored, labelled and easily accessible
* Building and maintaining Figma templates for scalable content production
* Using templates to produce consistent, on‑brand assets efficiently
* Coordinating content delivery to internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met
* Managing content production for Make‑Ready Editions, including shoots, ensuring consistent output and delivery
* Overseeing product page builds
* Working closely with the content team to align on priorities, timelines and outputs
* Supporting campaign rollouts by preparing and distributing final assets
* Maintaining high standards of quality control across all content outputs
* Proactively identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements to workflows and processes

The main skills we’re looking for are

* Experience creating digital and social media assets
* Proficiency in Figma, with experience building and working from templates
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for asset creation and editing
* Excellent organisational skills, with a strong understanding of file management and content systems
* Experience managing and delivering content across multiple channels
* High attention to detail, particularly in asset naming, formatting and quality control
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise accordingly
* Clear and effective communication, with the ability to coordinate across teams
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment
* Solid understanding of social media formats, specifications and best practices
* Strong written English, with excellent spelling and grammar
* A process‑driven mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

We think you’ll probably have

* Experience in a content, social or digital production role
* Examples of social or digital asset creation
* Experience working within a creative, cultural or brand‑led organisation
* A track record of improving workflows or processes within a team

Nice to have

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
* Experience supporting content or marketing campaigns
* Experience producing shoots
* Interest in art, design and culture

Don't meet every single requirement? Avant Arte is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic team so we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Benefits include

* Generous equity allowance
* Private Healthcare (UK)
* Enhanced pension contributions and parental leave policies
* 25 days of holiday plus four extra company wide days
* L&D budget of €1000 per year per employee
* Regular company socials
* Art loan scheme for employees
