We’re a UK cleaning company specialising in Residential and end-of-tenancy cleaning. We’re seeking a Client Solutions Sales Specialist to help clients find the right services and convert leads into bookings.
The Role:
You’ll engage with warm leads, recommend services, and secure confirmed bookings remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert warm leads into bookings.
* Understand client requirements and recommend services.
* Maintain accurate CRM records.
* Meet monthly sales targets consistently.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
2. Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
3. Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
5. Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
6. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
9. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
10. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
