Overview
Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced General Manager to join our client for the season (Feb - October). This is a seasonal job starting in late Jan/Early Feb until October 2026. Due to the location, applicants must be a car owner and able to travel to the site. This role is based around the Loch Lomond area.
Requirements
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, ideally in a high volume unit.
Duties
* Leading all teams in the hotel
* Staff management and rota
* Reporting to the Owners
* Holding weekly staff meetings
* Providing excellent customer service
* Adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene rules
* Maintaining operational procedures and budgets
* Stock ordering
* Monitoring daily operations of the business
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as Hotel General Manager
* A personal license
* Be available and able to drive to the location each shift
