An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a rapidly growing firm as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. You will be working with a wide range of clients across both the private and public sector.

* Take responsibility for a broad caseload of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, asset and debt recovery, contested probate, and property disputes.
* Work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to larger corporations.
* Advise on risk management and strategy while guiding clients through complex and sensitive dispute resolution issues.
* Represent clients at all stages of the dispute resolution process, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
The Candidate
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE within a Commercial Litigation position.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
* Expertise across a broad range of matters, including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, and contentious probate.
* Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, SMEs, and larger businesses.
