Receptionist £30,186 Central Leeds We have an exciting opportunity for an experience and efficient corporate receptionist who is ready to move into a role will additional facility management and tenant event responsibilities. You will relish a challenge and be highly organised, managing contractors and providing admin support to the off-site Building Manager. The role is based at a modern office building, twelve minutes walk from Leeds station. You will deliver an exemplary tenant and visitor experience, understanding the importance of creating a community vibe in the building. You should be well presented with proven experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role. Hours - Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Salary - £30,186 pa Key Responsibilities Reception Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building, providing exceptional customer service to all Efficiently managing deliveries, including couriers and post Stock-check and re-order front of house supplies General administration, as required Building management You will quickly establish yourself as ‘the face of the building’ and the go to person for questions / queries Work closely with the off-site Building Manager – confidently reporting building issues and helping manage to resolution Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log Work closely with security and contractors to ensure perfect synergy to maintain both the Front of House standards and procedures Assisting with the door access system and BMS (training will be given) Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders Tenant experience and community engagement Organise seasonal events for the tenants, to create a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace (as and when required) Produce a monthly e-newsletter to update tenants on initiatives to encourage uptake and participation, ensuring content is always on brand (as and when required) Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge You have facilities management experience (desirable) Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service Self-motivated and thrive in an environment where you are required to multitask Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills Competent Microsoft Office / Canva / Social Media user and willing to learn in house systems and processes Benefits Contributory pension scheme / life assurance 24 / 7 access to a virtual GP for you and your family Wellbeing resources: digital gym, nutrition planning, wellbeing podcast Financial and legal information support Discounts and deals across multiple businesses Referral programme LAH training academy
