Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find what they need.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
* Ensure that the store is clean and well-organized, with accurate prices and products on display.
* Help introduce new products and services to customers, sharing knowledge and expertise to make them feel confident in their purchasing decisions.

* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A positive approach to change and problem solving.
