The Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance to take a senior role in a firm where autonomy, collaboration and progression are genuinely encouraged. You’ll lead complex and varied Employment Tax projects — advising a broad range of clients, from dynamic family businesses to established corporates with turnover exceeding £200m.
You’ll have a seat at the table helping to shape the direction of the Employment Tax function, while enjoying strong Partner-level support and a balanced, flexible working culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality Employment Tax advisory work
2. Advise on matters including HMRC enquiries, IR35, employment status, National Minimum Wage, due diligence and wider employment-related compliance
3. Support and collaborate with senior leadership to drive the continued growth of the service line
4. Build strong internal and external relationships – including HMRC, employment lawyers and industry bodies
5. Mentor and develop junior members of the team
