Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Directly Employed by a Premiership Football Club
Salary: £47,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - Days (11-hour shift including 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Start & Finish Time: Typically, 7:00am-6:00pm (flexibility required on match days)
Overview
A leading London-based Premier League football club is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day building maintenance operations across a diverse and high-profile estate. This includes the Stadium, Hotel, Gym, Museum and associated facilities. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled maintenance professional with either an electrical or mechanical bias who also has proven supervisory experience within a building maintenance environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of both newly recruited and long-serving maintenance engineers.
* Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive M&E maintenance.
* Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of building systems and plant.
* Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple on-site facilities including stadium, hospitality and public areas.
* Support match day operations where maintenance coverage may extend into evening hours.
* Maintain high standards of service delivery within a busy and high-profile environment.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in building maintenance within a commercial or large-scale facilities environment.
* Multi-skilled engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Strong understanding of M&E planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
* Ability to manage and motivate a mixed-experience engineering team.
* Flexible approach to working hours, particularly around midweek evening matches.
