The Role
We seek an experienced Senior Business Applications Developer to join our development team. You will work closely with senior management to design, develop, and support product developments, mainly within the Dynamics 365 suite, especially Business Central, to support our growth strategy.

Responsibilities
Client Requirements & Solution Design
* Collaborate with the Commercial Team and Business Applications Consultants to demonstrate products to clients.
* Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs.
* Translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The Development Life Cycle
* Develop using AL and C/AL, customize Business Central functionalities, and conduct testing and troubleshooting.
* Maintain technical documentation and ensure project delivery within timelines.
Product Support
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with upgrades and new features.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
* Work with cross-functional teams and share technical expertise.
Product Innovation
* Contribute to product roadmap and recommend enhancements.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years' experience with Business Central/NAV, including AL and C/AL coding, solutions development, testing, and migrations.
* Understanding of SQL and experience in structured project management.
Desirable
* Experience with Power Platform, IT/Professional Services experience.
