POWER | Margate is a creative, high-energy bar and late-night venue at the heart of Margate's nightlife. We're building something different – a place for music, creativity, and unforgettable nights out. We're looking for an enthusiastic Promoter to join our team and help us fill the dancefloor every Friday and Saturday.
The Role
As a Promoter, you'll be the face of POWER on the streets and online. Your job is simple: get people excited about coming to our events and make sure the venue is buzzing every weekend.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Actively promoting our events on Friday & Saturday nights (inside and outside the venue).
* Handing out flyers, wristbands, and stamps to attract new guests.
* Driving footfall by engaging directly with the public and building relationships.
* Sharing events across social media, WhatsApp, and your personal network.
* Working with our management team to create fresh ideas for bringing people in.
What We're Looking For:
* Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality.
* Strong communication skills – you enjoy talking to new people.
* A natural networker – you know how to get people through the door.
* Reliable and self-motivated – you deliver results and bring energy every weekend.
* Previous nightlife or events promotion experience is a bonus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits:
* £12.50 per hour, paid weekly.
* Flexible contract – mainly Friday & Saturday nights (with opportunities for more).

Schedule:
* Fridays: 9pm – 1am
* Saturdays: 9pm – 1am
* Extra hours possible for special events & campaigns.
