Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic business? We're looking for a proactive Office Administrator & Accounts Assistant to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator & Accounts Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You'll support both administrative and financial functions, ensuring everything from paperwork to payments is handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support across the business
* Manage correspondence, filing systems, and office supplies
* Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
* Support payroll and financial reporting processes
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Help coordinate meetings and company events
What We're Looking For
1. Previous experience in office administration and/or accounts support
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
5. A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
