JMF Associates is exclusively partnering with a North Kent-based successful yet growing business in their recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join them on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This vacancy offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a knowledgeable yet supportive finance team, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will: Raise sales invoices accurately and on time Chase overdue payments by phone and email Allocate payments accordingly Resolve any accounts receivable queries Support the month end process. The role would suit an Accounts Receivable professional who is looking to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment and fully utilise their skillset. The Accounts Receivable administrator is expected to possess solid systems/MS Excel skills, and strong communication skills. It would be beneficial if you have previously used Access Dimentions although this is not a pre-requisite.
